A rich duke has challenged your factions to rebuild a post-apocalyptic frontier planet. What threads and secrets lay buried here? With different ambitions, how will you take this world for yourself?
Description:
This game is a faction-based, sci-fi worldbuilding game that is told through collaborative narratives and notecards. This is a GM-less game that uses collaborative narrative resolution. The game has two goals: (1) to tell compelling stories during play and (2) to create a pile of detailed cards outlining the lore and history of people, places, and the themes that connect them. Players take on a dual role of pursing their own factions interests and collaboratively advancing the narratives of other factions and the universe at large. The end of the game leaves you with a detailed worldbuilding history with plenty of narrative hooks. Like Microscope meets Civilization, with no win condition.
