Long Description:
After burning down London, the second part of this event is for players to oversee the rebuilding of London. Players build an engine by playing cards that add buildings, expand boroughs, and generate income. As your city grows, so does the challenge of managing poverty, which must be carefully controlled to stay competitive. Decisions about when to invest, when to hold back, and how to sequence your actions are critical. Success comes from balancing expansion with stability while adapting your strategy to make the most of each round.
