Let's get some Gen Con tension and soreness out of our muscles through a combination of stretching, gentle calisthenics, and basic yoga. All levels welcome at this class led by a circus professional!
Long Description:
We ask a lot of our bodies during Gen Con, hunching over cards, walking miles on the show floor, and wearing complex cosplay outfits. Let's take some time to care for those sore muscles, so we can keep going strong all weekend. The class will be a combination of stretching, gentle calisthenics, and basic yoga aimed at making ourselves feel refreshed. This class will be led by a circus professional and is for all activity levels. All movements will have adjustments for different body abilities. No Yoga Mat required
