The past dealings of the Guilds have caused the social structure of Ravnica to start to falter. The Simic, Golgari, Selesnya, and Orzhov Guolds have been under scrutiny thanks to their past events, but in this struggle, it seems like the Rakdos have taken the chance to strike up one of their massive festivals. Though the technology there seems to link to the Izzet as well. You have been hired by your guilds once again, figure out what's going on.
