Long Description:
The Lost Ruins of Arnak is a Spiel Des Jahres-nominated (2021) adventure game where players take on the roles of archaeologists searching for legendary artifacts on a mysterious island continent. The setting is a tribute to pulp adventure stories of heroic seekers, pursuing knowledge and finding action along the way. The gameplay combines elements of deck-building, worker placement, and resource management into an exciting race to score the most points in five rounds of play through careful allocation of actions and resources. *This demo will walk you through the first couple of turns of the game and teach you everything you need to know to continue confidently on your own. You will be assisted by a member of our CGE demo team. Players will be split into tables of 4 players each. We will attempt to keep groups together, but we cannot make guarantees.*
