How to present a fun, yet coherent series of RPG events for kids all while welcoming a weekly stream of new players and appreciating the challenges of time limits.
Long Description:
This presentation will include some excellent ideas for getting an RPG program started for teens and adolescents at your library, school, or youth center. Presenters Alan Bengs and Jennifer Gerardot have led a growing, successful RPG program at the Allen County Public Library in Fort Wayne, IN for three years. They have come up with a few best practices for making events run smoothly, welcoming new kids each week, and using allotted time and available facilities to make your event or club a popular one.
