Dragon Thrones is a mass player experience (Megagame) where players adventure, and compete through war and diplomacy to lead their ‘House’ to victory in a grand medieval competition called The Ascension. Players assume special roles that interact in station-based gaming with narrative content to help their House gain the most ‘Favor’ points from the Golden Dragon - the omnipotent overlord who rules the realm. Dragon Thrones emphasizes individual and team plots while offering quick and decisive rules-light Megagame play. It uniquely features multiple roles that make map-based decisions as well as player vs. player combat and larp-like 'scenes'. Dragon Thrones is a rules-light Megagame experience for strategy gamers and live action role-players alike as it combines free-form storytelling within a round-based Megagame structure with clear point win conditions that are fair yet thrilling!
