Your pack runs the alleys at night, protecting your peoples from incursion by the parliament of cats, the black masks (a gang of raccoons), local teens, and other things that go bump in the night. One night as the pack stopped to get Lou, former junkyard dog pup turned loving backyard protector, they find him chained. Someone has been knocking over trash cans on his street and his peoples regretfully locked him up because the next-door peoples got into barking loudly with his peoples.
