Long Description:
In a world where superheroes exist, it's only logical that the government would want a force that keeps them in check. Welcome to the Empowered Department! An explosion in a major city is enough to draw the attention of the Empowered Department on its own. The fact that people who were nearby are now exhibiting Empowered Abilities of a sort is a serious cause for concern. You're tasked with entering the city, but it’s under lockdown - no-one is entering or leaving once you’re in... until you solve this thing, of course. Participants will need an electronic dice roller or several d10s.
