David March is a writer who has contributed articles to Strategy and Tactics, World at War, and Modern Warfare. He has also designed 4 wargames, including Visegrad 4 about a possible future conflict between Russian and Poland. He will be lecturing on what has happened in Afghanistan, the true reasons for the conflict, the problems encountered by the U.S./NATO force and the reasons that it may well be a perpetual war.
