Running a city is never easy, especially when it contains a University that attracts people who are into some of the darker parts of magic. A body has been found in the University stacks---the stacks where only people who have an honest and true understanding of magick tend to go. The mayor and his close staff get called in when things outside standard police jurisdiction needs to be taken care of.
