In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn how breathwork (pranayama) and mindfulness can help you manage your mental state and your physical energy levels. You will leave having learned and practiced breathing techniques that help improve mental clarity and energy, as well as techniques to reduce anxiety and induce relaxation. No prior experience necessary. Must be able to breathe clearly.
