In Victorian London, Torchwood agent Captain Jack Harkness recruits Madame Vastra, Jenny Flint, Strax, Henry Gordon Jago and Gordon Litefoot to investigate a series of thefts from museums in Victorian England, uncovering a crime ring whose plans threaten the whole galaxy. Have fun as companions and allies of the Doctor embarking on an adventure full of Victorian investigation, action, and alien menace. This is my 4th annual Gencon Doctor Who adventure. This will use the Ubiquity systems that is also used in the Hollow Earth Expedition game.
