The city of Providence, Rhode Island was far enough away from the Incursion Point to be spared the worst of the Nightmare Wave as it spread across the world almost two years ago. However, as with most cities, the servants of the Inconnu lurk in the shadows and await their masters' commands. You and your crew are investigators for hire, and when the I.D.A. comes looking for help, it's best not to refuse them.
