A cooperative card game depicting ship-to-ship combat during the age of fighting sail. Run up the colors, beat to quarters, & prepare to Clear the Decks!
Description:
Clear the Decks! is all about the guns and tactics as you and your shipmates must strike the opposing ship while the enemy counterattacks. Players discuss strategy and share resources and crewmen. Can you blast enough leaks in the enemy’s hull before your own guns are silenced?
Clear the Decks! was inspired by historical and fictional accounts of sea battles during the War of 1812 and the Napoleonic wars.
The game starts with the enemy in range so you get right to the firing without the complicated positioning and movement in deeper games. The game has several difficulty levels to allow new or young players to work their way into the game and understand the mechanics before facing the toughest of the enemy ships.
No prior game knowledge is necessary. Help us put the finishing touches on a soon-to-be released game that is already in Kickstarter!
