For centuries, the dry and dusty Wyrmsmoke Mountains have been home to dozens of goblinoid tribes. The half-dragon warrior Azarr Kul has risen to power and consolidated the goblin tribes into one massive force. As Azarr Kul leads the powerful host down from the mountains into the lands of Elsir Vale. The PCs play the role of heroes fighting to stem the advance of the horde. There are far too many enemy warriors for them to deal with them head on. Instead, the heroes undertake vital missions that influence the outcome of the war. These missions include the following. * Spying out and slowing the movements of Azarr Kul's army. * Leading the effort to rally an elf army to meet the Red Hand horde. * Killing important enemy commanders, champions, and monsters. * Disrupting an alliance between the Red Hand and a powerful lich.
