Live action blends with animation for the comedic science fiction adventure of Seattle’s little-known protectors, the Rocketmen.
Description:
When a small band of Rocketmen are unwittingly thrust into the spotlight, they suddenly find themselves wanted by the government, pursued by an old nemesis and watched by a mysterious shadow organization - all while racing to save the city and their jobs. Forgotten remnants of a 1936 jobs program, the Rocketmen are still doing the job no one else wants - because no one else knows it still exists.
When the Ministry of Music cracks down on illegal rock music in the big city, it's your chance as an upstart garage band in the skids to get noticed & join the revolution. But we need a favor first.
Description:
As if your band didn't have enough to content with on the verge of their very first major show: rival groups, shady promoters, and of course the ever-present jackboots of the Ministry of Music.
Now the headlining band's lead singer is missing, and the whole show might be cancelled...and even better, it's YOUR job to find them for some reason?
It's spring 1965. The PC's are rogues who live on the other side of society who have joined together for mutual support now that they know 'Things Not Meant To be Known.' Role playing stressed.
Description:
It's spring 1965. Cold War is brewing between the USA and USSR. There's trouble in the Middle East and South-East Asia. It's less than a generation since the world was at war. On the US home front there are racially charged protests bordering on civil unrest. The PC's are rogues. Some justify their actions to themselves in some manner, others know full well that if it was someone else's story, they would be the villains. Through their continuing investigations they have found out that the world is far more terrible than they have imagined/caused. There are Dark Forces just outside the perceptions of most people who mean to control mankind. The team recently survived a battle in the Egyptian desert . New allies were made and an old enemy dispatched, hopefully for good. But new challenges await. How can they profit personally from these events? Role playing stressed over game mechanics.
Role Playing Public Radio, the Ennie Award winning RPG podcast, will record a live episode of their show. We will talk about Gen Con, take questions from the audience, & more!
