Guards and inmates have gone missing from the Orleans Parish Prison and it doesn't seem like the reason is within the realm of 'normal'.

In New Orleans, strange isn't exactly that unusual, but after guards have begun getting sick, hallucinating and eventually some disappearing, along with some of the inmates of Cell Block 6, the building was quarantined until further notice. Now it seems similar symptoms are beginning to spread to Cell Blocks 5 and 7. No one can explain what is happening and the Conclave of New Orleans has been called to check out these unnatural occurrences.
