Staying in Canon: RPGs in Established Universes & Franchises
Summary:
The Tabletop Squadron podcast will discuss the ins & outs of playing a RPG in a setting with established canon, such as a cinematic universe or book series.
Description:
Playing a role playing game can be tricky enough, but playing a rpg in a setting with an established canon setting can be even trickier.
How do you play when there's already a set plot? You can do anything from throwing canon to the wind and playing as the main characters in an alternate timeline, or playing as peripheral characters who would never even think to interact with the main plot.
The members of the Tabletop Squadron podcast are here to discuss their experiences of running and playing a game set in the Star Wars universe.
