Confront a new set of challenges with A Game of Thrones: The Card Game Draft Play. The cost of this event includes all of the cards you will need to play. You must bring your own tokens. Build a deck on the spot from an assortment of cards chosen for the draft format and algorithmically distributed among draft packs. Keep your draft deck when this tournament concludes. The event will divide competitors into 8-player pods to play a 3-round Swiss Joust. Prizes will be awarded.

Players must bring a deck consisting of only cards from one copy of the A Game of Thrones: The Card Game Core Set. Players must also bring their own tokens. The tournament will consist of three Swiss-paired rounds and additional prizes will be awarded to the top tier. Pairing will begin promptly at 11:00am.

Each player must bring a sleeved deck and a written or printed decklist ready to be inspected by our TOs for tournament legality. The times listed for this event include only the preliminary rounds. If you advance to the finals, be prepared to play additional rounds after the preliminaries conclude. A Game of Thrones: The Card Game North American Championship Graduated Cut
Summary:
The graduated cut of the championship preliminaries continues with 3 additional Swiss rounds.
Description:
The tournament will consist of three Swiss-paired, Joust-format (head-to-head) rounds, of the Top 32 of the Championship preliminaries and up to 16 additional players that tie with the 32nd placer. Any additional ties will be broken by strength-of-schedule.
The Top 8 placers will proceed to a single-elimination final immediately following the end of the preceding three rounds.
Any ties for 8th place will be broken by strength-of-schedule and extended strength-of-schedule, as necessary.
A Game of Thrones: The Card Game North American Championship Preliminaries

Claim the Iron Throne in the 2016 North American Championship. Prizes for the top tier as well as participation prizes will be awarded.

Tournament registration closes at 12:45pm on Thursday, August 4. Round One of the Swiss Pairing will begin promptly at 1:00pm. The tournament will be run in the head-to-head Joust format. To compete, each player must bring a sleeved deck and provide a written or printed deck list at registration, ready to be inspected by our TOs for tournament legality. In addition to a deck, players must also bring power, gold, influence, and first player tokens. The times listed for this event include only the preliminary rounds. If you advance to the graduated cut, be prepared to return on Friday, August 5 for additional tournament rounds. The first round of the graduated cut will begin promptly at 1:00pm.
