Now you must travel to abandoned shrines, alternate planes of existence, and meet fantastic creatures that up till now only existed in myth. Then maybe your simple life can return. Some knowledge of Japanese culture will be helpful, but is not required. This is set in the Sengoku period between 1550 and 1600. The more familiar Tokugawa period follows this one.
