Roughly 1 hour of presentation and .5 hour of Q&A. Each year I bring in a couple other DMs to round out my experiences and have full confidence that DMs of any experience will benefit from this seminar but it is designed primarily for those brand new or with very limited experience.
Scooby Doo meets Clue (the movie) in this adult Dread who-dun-it? Play as Fred, Velma, Shaggy and Daphne as they are reunited after 20 years apart. Will they finally learn who killed Scooby?
Description:
It's been 20 years since the Mystery Inc gang broke apart after the sudden and somewhat mysterious death of Scooby. Now, 20 years later each of the four surviving members (Fred, Daphne, Velma and Shaggy) have each received an invite from an anonymous person stating that 'I know who killed Scooby Doo!" and with an address and day/time.
The game only works with 4 players. No more and No less. Roles will be assigned randomly at the beginning of the game, but if you have a role you'd like we have so far always been able to accommodate it.
In-depth knowledge of Scooby Doo isn't required but it's very helpful if the players know at least enough about the show to fall into their character roles.
The game has the potential to go into some dark places and adult language and behavior.
The Dragon's Spine has been an artifact of fascination for a thousand years. Our Heroes are sent there but find more than they bargained for when a force older than the Spine itself begins to awaken.

It should be fun for any experience level, but the adventure and the design is built to help explain the rules of D&D as we go.
