A twist on classic Werewolf! Work together to guess a secret word while hidden roles try to sabotage the effort. Can the villagers find the word before the werewolves discover the Seer?
Description:
Werewords is a social deduction party game that combines the hidden roles of Werewolf with a cooperative word-guessing challenge. Players receive secret roles. Villagers work together to guess a hidden magic word, while the Werewolves secretly try to prevent them from succeeding. The Seer knows the word and tries to guide the group without revealing their identity. If the Werewolves discover the Seer, they may still steal the victory. The game is guided by a free companion app that replaces the need for a moderator. The app assigns roles, signals when players should close their eyes, and manages each phase of the game. During play, the group asks the Mayor yes-or-no questions, similar to a game of 20 Questions, using tokens instead of spoken answers. With many optional roles and support for large groups, Werewords is fast, chaotic, and endlessly replayable.
Collect eggs, learn about birds and their songs, and build engines on a tableau for victory points.
