Pine Box Entertainment was founded in 2016 by gamers united with a singular purpose: keeping their favorite game, Doomtown (previously known as Doomtown: Reloaded) in the hands of its dedicated players. Partnering with Pinnacle Entertainment Group, PBE developed and funded There Comes a Reckoning via Kickstarter in 2017. Since then we continue to produce additional sets and support organized play events on a global scale. We strive to provide players with unmatched gameplay. Embracing a focus on player driven stories and gameplay, our community always comes first. This philosophy was born from our ongoing work and experiences with Doomtown and informs our future projects, such as 7th Sea: City of Five Sails. Legend of the Five Rings: Multiplayer Charity Event
Summary:
A fan-driven event continuing a celebration of the game at the best four days in gaming with a tournament using the Siege and War of Honor multiplayer games.
Description:
Players will join others in a multiplayer game using one of the Siege or War of Honor releases from the Legend of Five Rings CCG. Players will use physical cards provided from unaltered versions of these games or can bring their own decks. Proceeds will be donated to the Red Panda Network in honor of Case Kiyonaga.
Legend of the Five Rings: Onyx Charity Storyline Event
Summary:
A fan-driven event continuing the game from where it originally ended at the cusp of Onyx edition, a product which was never released. Victor will decide who controls the future of the Mantis Clan.
Description:
This project, led by members of the original L5R design and rules teams, aims to see the work members of our team spent over a year creating finally come to light in the first Onyx Championship at Gen Con. Players will use proxy cards to compete in this event. Proceeds will be donated to the Red Panda Network in honor of Case Kiyonaga.
