Join the revolution! Play as of a family of characters, connected by unique bonds, forced to band together in the face of the oppressive Red Empire. How far will you be pushed before you push back?
Description:
In Gears of Defiance, each character at the table is part of a family, determined to be second-class citizens by the oppressive Red Empire. With no privileges and rights to speak of, each character will have to rely on their family members and put their relationship bonds to the test as they figure out what part they will play in the growing resistance movement. Will you attempt to bring change through peaceful means, or will you take to the streets in marches and acts of terrorism? Keep track of your character’s moral alignment through the Alignment Matrix as you go toe-to-toe with the Red Empire.

During Prohibition, bootlegger turf wars raged across the cornfields & coal mines of "Little Egypt" in Illinois. Someone in your gang is secretly working for your rivals. Ferret out the snitch!
Description:
This was a big heist. It needed finer skills than your gang of farmers’ sons and coal miners could muster. So you brought in some specialists from out of town. A phone tapper. A safecracker. A lawyer. And someone who knew this mine. But someone told the Shelton gang you were coming, and they were waiting for you. One of the specialists is a snitch. You’re going to figure out who. Relive a heist that went terribly wrong and ferret out the snitch! The game uses a very simple rules system designed specifically for this adventure.
