Yoga was invented to help people sit comfortably for long periods of time – perfect for gaming, reading, or binge-watching. Come learn how to be more comfortable in your body while your mind goes off on new adventures, and see how many geeky references a yoga teacher can work into one class.
Ability to get up and down off the floor is recommended, but not required. All levels of skill and fitness are welcome. Yoga mats and props are not necessary for this session, but you’re welcome to bring them if you have them.
