Your city is besieged and reinforcement has been delayed by attacking force. You take on a daring mission to save what you can.
Description:
The city the party is in has been besieged. Reinforcement was supposed to be here already, but news just broke that they are being delayed because of attacks from the occupying forces. The party is being sent as the last ditch attempt to help the reinforcements. In this heroic one shot you will be playing part of the city militia/army. You will use everything in your arsenal to give your people a chance. Players will be provided with premade character sheets and any necessary rules reference to learn and play. No prior Draw Steel or TTRPG experience required. Just bring your curiosity and grit.
It's been a long, cold winter in Delta City, but this beat-up airship was the only ride you could find out. Try to survive the other passengers' schemes and begin your journey in the Hereafter.
Description:
Cloud Empress uses the lightweights rules system, the Panic Engine, originally designed for Mothership to tell poignant stories in a land ruled by giant psychic cicadas, inspired by classic works of ecological science-fantasy, such as Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind and Dune. This is an introductory adventure that takes a group of new players from a city in the clouds to the Lowland Wastes below. At the beginning of the session we will have a short rules explanation and create characters together. Content warning: large bugs, familial abuse and violence, mental illness, blood, amputation, and violence to insects.
An unexplained power outage. Multiple vehicle wrecks. And no one sent in to investigate has come out. Something is happening on Franklin Street. Can you determine what it is?
Description:
A few hours ago, scattered blackouts and power disruptions started occurring across the northern part of the city. The problems seemed to be coming from a substation off Franklin Street, but the crews sent in to investigate didn't report back. Then, multiple accidents were reported on Franklin Street, but the response teams sent in to investigate didn't report back. Now, you are being sent in. Something is going on. Something Unnatural. But... can you succeed where multiple others have failed, or will you just be the next people to succumb to the siren strains of The Lullaby?
