Description:
This is the grand finale of the Mid America Gaming series (MAGS) tournament circuit. It's been a long road but now the final event is here. Players will play 6 rounds in two days of some of the most challenging and competitive games of Warhammer 40,000 for fantastic prizes and bragging rights to call themselves the MAGS Grand champion! This event is an ITC sanctioned event. Warhammer 40k 8th edition match play rules with Chapter Approved 2017 will be used and beta rules for match play. Players are allowed armies up to 2k points.
What happens when your standard fantasy party gets dropped through a portal into a modern-day metropolis? A fantasy/cyperpunk adventure.
Description:
A terrible accident sends your D&D characters through a portal and into a 21st-century city. There's no royal guard, no wizard towers, and no dragons. Except - you suspect that you're not the first person to do this. Armed with your wits, your spells, your magic items and your gear, you have to follow the clues to locate the source of a strange evil power and bring it back home with you before it destroys everything in its path.

The world almost ended 71 years ago. The plague came out of nowhere and ravaged the world. Most died within a week. Nothing could stop it. The world did its best. It wasn't good enough. For three generations, we, the last fragments of humanity have lived on the seas, on floating stations called "havens." Far from the plague, we are able to provide supplies to the mainland to keep them (and us) from succumbing completely. We've managed to keep a network of the largest known cities in the world alive. Things have been tough the past few years. Cities far away from the havens have fallen off our grid. Tomorrow, a small group of us head out into what's left of the world. We don't know what we'll find.
