Lists from all legal MW v4 books that have been released before July 1, 2024 can be used. MW Wildcard Units cannot be used in this event. Players should bring printed copies of their lists. Missions will be chosen using the current Extended Mission Matrix. Players will be limited to using a Stance (A, M, D) twice during the Tournament. Awards and prizes will be announced closer to the event. Awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Sportsmanship and Best Army will be awarded.

Operation Husky - The Invasion of Sicily July 9-10, 1943

Description:
In honor of the 80th anniversary of Operation Husky the Allied invasion of Sicily in 1943, The Event will be broken down into 3 sections of 4 players each. Section #1 American forces under General Patton vs. the1st Fallschirm-Panzer Division Hermann Göring. This will be a beach landing with an airborne para drop and glider landings. Section #2 has the British under General Montgomery doing a beach landing facing off against the Italian Coastal defense forces. Section #3 will focus around the Primosole Bridge eading up to Messina. Here we find the British airborne units dropping in to try and secure the bridge while German Fallschirmjäger units trying to keep the bridge in Axis hands. While all three sections will be played simultaneously, they will not be directly interacting with each other and each area will have its own set of objectives & OBs.
