This in depth terrain class will focus on bringing together various techniques & mixed media to elevate a MDF terrain kit up to display board quality.
Description:
This class will focus on the competition of one laser cut MDF kit (a large medieval cottage) from start to finish including precision extraction and cleaning, assembly tips and tricks, mechanical techniques to achieve various effects, texturing and artistic treatments, painting techniques, and finishing materials. We will very likely get a bit messy in this class. It will be very hands on. What is learned in this class can be carried on into other MDF kits and into terrain making in general. It should also be a good bit of fun.
