Monstertown Vice: A Funkadelic Frankenstein Adventure
Description:
The 70’s are over, man. Used to be you couldn’t pay people to go to Monstertown. Now they flock there to see, be seen, and score. Sounds simple, but it’s all thanks to you, ‘cause you’re the ghoul with the badge that keeps the streets safe for human and monster alike.
It’s the 60’s. The cars are fast, the women are faster, and there’s no better cover for an international spy ring than as flamboyant race car drivers. It’s all about beating the clock, whether it’s outrunning motorcycle bandits through the Southwest desert or delivering a vital serum. Speed Racer meets James Bond in this role playing game of grand prix racing and high stakes espionage.
When you left home, you expected this to be like just any other bout: you'd drive to a distant city, compete against the other roller derby team, go to an after-party, and drive back home. Everything was going as planned until the zombies showed up. Now you and your team mates have to take on a hoard of shambling undead corpses with skates, wits, and teamwork.
It’s the 60’s. Everyone is trying not to think about nuclear devastation, women are liberated and wearing leather catsuits, and tracking down a stolen device ahead of enemy agents is a national imperative! Your characters are members of a secret organization for agents with “special” talents. The X-Men meet the Avengers (not those Avengers!) in this role playing game of espionage and superpowers.
Centuries before Atlantis sank beneath the waves, when the Atlanteans were little more than barbarians, proud Valusia was already ancient. The evil serpent men have infiltrated Valusia’s capital and plan to overthrow humankind. Now those who oppose the serpent men must grip their swords and take up the age-old cry, “Ka nama kaa lajerama!” Sword-and-sorcery action in the Robert E. Howard tradition.
The Caliph’s nephew, Jafar, is raising an army to march on Baghdad and wrest the throne from Harun al-Rashid. In order to save the empire, Sindbad and his crew must find the fabled Sword of Kingship and bring it back before it’s too late.
It’s the 60’s. Jacques Cousteau has his SCUBA, Captain Nemo’s most famous invention has been rediscovered, and bikinis are being seen everywhere. It’s a great time to get wet! Join the crew of the Nautilus II as they must protect an undersea peace conference and prevent WWIII. Aquaman meets Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea in this role playing game of underwater adventures and superpowers.
