Description:
This event will teach you the core mechanics of Leviathans, focusing on how to move, shoot, and take damage to your flying warship. Each player will pilot a sky destroyer or cruiser, in two teams of 3 players per side. The GM will walk players through the turn process, and then then allow the players to play and fight freely against one another for the duration of the event. Upon completion of this event players will have the skills needed to move to the Leviathans King of the Skies event for a more free-play experience.
Participate in Operation RAGNAR; the British and Russian air fleets clash over the Scandinavian Peninsula.
Description:
The Russian offensive into the Scandinavian Peninsula has been a story of grinding attrition and brutal winter warfare; the defending forces unable to stand against the combination of ground assaults and devastating aerial bombardments. Russian Leviathans mass amid the fjords, preparing to support a new ground offensive, but from the low threatening clouds sails the last, best hope of the beleaguered defenders. The airships of the British Royal Sky Fleet have arrived at last, their guns the thunderclap of a storm. This 2-block, expert-level Leviathans game event will portray a climactic story moment of the British and Russian conflict over the skies of Scandinavia. Players will each receive one, and possibly more, Leviathans and will attempt to fulfill team mission objectives. Participants should be familiar with the full Leviathans ruleset, including the use of aircraft.
