Description:
Gather once again with the great clans of Rokugan to make history. The clans have fled to Sanctuary, a mysterious island set aside to preserve the culture of the Empire while the forces of the Shadowlands lay waste to the mainland. But even a culture that must be preserved must sometimes stand and fight, and you can stand with those who will lead them.
This tournament will be run with the latest rules and restricted/ban lists found at https://emeraldlegacy.org/. Sleeved proxy cards are allowed. More details will be sent to those who register nearer to the event.
3 player teams, all different clans. Random team picks 1t matchup, other team picks 2nd. Games played concurrently. 2-1 team wins. 5 rounds. Awards koku for the prize wall.

Registration ends at 10:00am on Sunday, August 5th. The first of three Swiss rounds begins promptly. To compete, players will construct decks using the deckbuilding rules provided in the Legend of the Five Rings Rules Reference, and tournament regulations.
Legend of the Five Rings - Grand Kotei Daimyo Stage

Players must qualify from either of the Grand Kotei events.
Description:
Tournament registration closes at the listed time for this event. Play will begin promptly. The first single-elimination round of the Daiymō Stage will award byes to top-seeded players, and only pair enough lower-seeded players so that the subsequent round reaches an appropriate number of players for an elimination bracket (4, 8, 16, or 32). Typical single-elimination rounds will then be played until the champion is found.
