scenario. Pick your race, build your fleet and go to war. Single round competition, best score wins. If ties, we have scheduled times for semifinals and finals.
Last year the Coalition won, but the Alliance, with the Feds and Gorns on the offensive, and with the Tholians devastating a major planet, either side can win.
