Remember when Dwarf, Elf, & Halfling were not races, but classes in and of themselves? Or when Clerics didn’t get any spells until 2 nd level? Or when there were 6 different kinds of Saving Throws, and just about every Poison Save was “save or die?” Well, even if you don’t, come and join us for a look at the dawn of D&D. I’ll be running a Classic Basic D&D module (mostly) as written with pregen PCs rolled up (mostly) by Basic rules.

Description:
The heroes visit the port of Black Spires where tales of a mysterious madman draw them into the mystery of missing pirates. Their investigation takes them on a dangerous voyage at sea to the island of Blodhur. Pirate hideouts, deserted diamond mines, and the dark, dank tunnels of the Buggane lead the heroes to the ruins of a temple where a god of chaos was slain. From the blood spilled in that long-forgotten battle, evil has awakened--the Evig Drey. Consumed by vile passions, this remnant of ancient divinity revels in violence and rage. Its worshippers call it the Blood Lord. The undead serve its will, the wicked Buggane kneel before it, and the most ruthless pirates to sail the seas do its bidding. In secret, it prepares an army to drown the world in blood.
