Assault on Merrow Keep is an adventure for four to six level 1 characters, inspired by my cancer treatment, and the effects D&D has had on my recovery. This adventure was first used during a fundraising event I held for the American Cancer Society, and I hope that others will be inspired to hold similar events. Assault on Merrow Keep find the players trying to recover a reagent for Berith's Gift, a cure for the White Glut derived from the blood of the Red Devil, Berith, which has proven effective, but has unforeseen side effects. Assault on Merrow Keep can be played as a standalone adventure, or as a sequel to last year's Castles & Chemo adventure, The Killer in You.
