You'll sit down with a blank character sheet and as you make rolls you'll have to extrapolate your stats, skills, feats, etc. You will get clues, like your equipment list, as to your class. Also, you will be playing you, so all out of game knowledge is welcome and encouraged: if you know it, your character knows it!
