All 7 established outposts and maintained communications, covering 1,000 leagues. The Kingdom was then beset upon by the Nefarim, a powerful group of dark magi who sought to control Thage. After many years, Thage emerged victorious, defeating them but not totally eradicating them. It took many years to recover and become a productive society again. Only after the calm did it become apparent that the 7th Order had ceased all communications with Thage. The Kingdom was unable to send out their forces for fear the Nefarim would rise again. Astar is the A team. You are not the B team, or the C team, or the D team, but you are a pair of arms and legs. You get sent to scout the least likely direction of Ravenna Spent's retreat, the impassable forest of Margrwod, home of a sentient horde of spiders.
Your job, just walk to the edge of the wood and come back home when you confirm that even Ravenna Spent isn't mad enough to go in there. What could possibly go wrong?
