It's been 20 years since the Mystery Inc gang broke apart after the sudden and somewhat mysterious death of Scooby. Now, 20 years later each of the four surviving members (Fred, Daphne, Velma and Shaggy) have each received an invite from an anonymous person stating that 'I know who killed Scooby Doo!" and with an address and day/time. The game only works with 4 players. No more and no less. Roles will be assigned randomly at the beginning of the game, but if you have a role you'd like we have so far always been able to accommodate it. In-depth knowledge of Scooby Doo isn't required but it's very helpful if the players know at least enough about the show to fall into their character roles. The game has the potential to go into some dark places and adult language and behavior including depictions of sex, violence and drug use/abuse.

You are the crew of a pirate ship operating in the belt. You take what you want, from whomever is foolish enough to come close enough to your ambush zone. But does piracy require a bit more long-term planning? Soon, you’ll discover what it really takes to thrive as a pirate organization. The game will mainly use the alternative Dread system, with some house rules to reflect the setting and tone of the game. Character creation will break off a bit from the standard Dread method, and utilize a house rule inspired by Disco Elysium. The game will take place just before Season 1 of The Expanse. If you haven’t seen the show, I highly recommend you watch at least Season 1 prior to the game.
