After a successful operation, a second team was sent in to clean up. They failed to report in. Your team is being sent in to determine Where in the World is Working Group Ouroboros.

The initial operation was a success! The cultist had been eliminated, and the Unnatural incursion had been defeated. But things are never so neat, so Working Group Ouroboros was sent in to clean up the site and ensure the initial team hadn't missed anything. Then, Working Group Ouroboros failed to report in. And initial recon has shown that they are nowhere to be found. So, Working Group Phoenix has been activated and sent in.
