The mayor of Gotham is murdered during a fundraising event. Even though the mayor introduced the person to several people at the party, none of them could remember his face or name. Strange outages randomly occur in the Gotham power grid. A young heiress is found dead in her apartment, 'time will tell' is written next to her. The clues are building towards a larger scheme. Now Batman must call in some old friends for help before it's too late.
