Description:
This is the Semi-Final. This is the larger Axis & Allies Global 1940 game that puts the 2 games, Europe & Pacific 1940 together. It is a tournament and there are specific victory conditions and time limits that are not part of the OTB rules. You may bring up to 2 partners per side to a maximum of 3 players per side. If you are a solo player in the event, you may be paired up with another player or two to accommodate all players wanting to play into the event. Once team has been selected, you may not change teammates at any time during the tournament. Tournament consists of 2 qualifying rounds. Then the 4 winning teams of the qualifying games play in the semi-final single elimination round on Saturday and then those 2 winners play in finals on Sunday. Final on Sunday starts at 7am and can be no longer than 8 hours!

Classic 1984 single elimination tournament. Up to 2 players per side. Bid down IPCs from 84 IPC Victory Condition & to determine sides.
Description:
The actual bid will be for a number of IPCs that the Allies will allow the Axis to win with an IPC victory. This number of IPCs is bid down from the original victory conditions of 84 IPCs. The Axis must now gain at least 79 IPCs by the rounds end of that turn to win the game. Russia Restricted Turn One. (Russia in not permitted to attack during their turn 1) and before the start of the game, the Axis will be granted 9 IPCs to buy units to place before play begins. Prizes to the top 2 teams in tournament and all players have the chance to win games and prizes at the Award Presentation on Sunday at Noon.
