This year, our balloon sculptor is planning to create a forbidding ice castle with a fearsome dragon. Stop by his booth near the Exhibit Hall anytime to watch his creations come to life. At noon on Sunday though, it all comes down. Bring your cash to bid on rights for the first stab, with proceeds going to Gen Con charity partner The Pourhouse, before floods of kids pop them into oblivion.
