Ever thought about reproducing something on a small scale? In this workshop we will make a custom silicone mold and experiment with different casting materials.
Description:
During this workshop, we will make a quick set silicone mold. You may make a mold of one of our objects or one of your own. (Keep in mind that quick set molds are best for making impression molds, not fully enclosed or 2-part molds.) We will learn about and mix resin and A/B epoxy clay to cast in our molds. Different mold and casting solutions will be discussed.

Description:
In this class, you'll learn to weave horizontal larger rings with vertical smaller rings to make a dramatic chainmaille bracelet. A variety of anodized aluminum rings will be available to make a bright, colorful bracelet. Full-color instructions and kits will be provided and pliers will be available to use in class.
Japanese stab binding can be used to make hard or soft bound books. We will create a book using a basic style then discuss how to design your own patterns and practice them.
