Ever wanted to try pole dancing? Now is the time to give it a spin! This introductory class will teach you 11 different moves and one routine. This class will include spins and other low impact moves but it will be a workout. Dress comfortably, sweats, yoga pants, or shorts preferred. Due to the nature of the pole, there is a 250 pound weight restriction.
