You may go in any direction and explore 19 different rooms, a mountain, castle, forest, bridges, pits, secret doors, trap doors, different terrains, walls of earth/wind/fire/ice. You may choose your character from Human Being, Dwarf, Elf, Gnome, Halfling, Half-Orc, Half-Elven, barbarian, fighter, illusionist, assassin, archer, thief, cleric, wu jen ("magic user" from Oriental D&D), paladin, locksmith, cleric-assassin, illusionist-assassin, offensive cleric, defensive cleric, magic-user/fighter/thief, monk, druid, magic-user/fighter/cleric, ranger, cavalier, or bard. Some have a familiar, companion, or steed. Almost every monster in the 1st Ed. Monster Manual will be present. Single and double doors (stuck, or with locks, bars, spells, or gates), climbable stone walls, treasure chests (with traps and locks), and pockets (to be picked) exist. All the players move at the same time.
