When you picked up the shipwrecked mutt and transported him back to Waterdog Port, you thought you were a Good Dog, an Excellent Cat for having helped a soul in need.
Description:
When you picked up the shipwrecked mutt and transported him back to Waterdog Port, you thought you were a Good Dog, an Excellent Cat for having helped a soul in need. He left you a small red globular gem as thanks, no bigger than a small berry - when you held it to the sky, it shows a deep red color, warm to the touch. Then it throbbed in your paw, and suddenly you and the rest of the crew of the Uninvited Guest doubled over in pain, vision swimming red, hearts skipping several beats. When you came to, the gem gleamed warm in your paw, the size of a walnut. No merchant will buy it, and every time the crew has cast it into the Acid Sea, you've found it within the hour resting on top of the Navigator's stack of charts. There's only one thing to break the Curse - to give the Heart back - and only Captain Hook-Worm knows the original home of the Stolen Heart.

A pulp-mode scenario, involving dark mysteries and peculiar secrets in 18th century England, concerning heroes in service to the Lunar Society.
Description:
The year is 1778, and Mr. James Watt is in Cornwall, supervising the installation of Boulton & Watt steam engines in the mines in those parts. However, one small mine is giving no end of trouble, with a rash of unpleasant accidents – and the superstitions of the local workers have made Mr. Watt most suspicious. And so Mr. Watt has written to his friends in the Lunar Society of Birmingham, and the Lunar Society, which has learned of some strange secrets over the years not to be mentioned in their regular correspondence, have despatched a band of their Associate Members to put paid to these nonsensensical tales of curses – whether or not they be true. The Dark Manifold: A Ringrealms of Vagevuur Adventure
Summary:
You awaken on a tram crowded with exotic beings smelling of blood and sweat. A humanoid in plate armor smiles grimly at you. “On behalf of the Faction Invisible, welcome to the afterlife!”
Description:
A moment before you’d been dreaming of your past life, but now you find yourself strapped into the seat of a gravity tram -- an organic vehicle fueled by spacetime. The cabin interior is lit in calming blues and greens, perhaps for the creatures around you, who look as grumpy, confused, and frightened as you feel. Gripping a handhold with one hand, the creature in plate armor places the other on the hilt of its sword. “I understand that death can be quite inconvenient,” it says, “particularly when it’s your first time. Rest assured, however, we at the Faction Invisible will do our best to get you started here in CS Squared!” It gestures toward the nearest window, overlooking the immense City of Stranded Souls, where carved stone buildings reach into the sky like hands from the grave. Far below, denizens shoulder their way through dark, claustrophobic streets.
