So, that's a problem, when Cleveland's Hellmouth yawns wide and swallows your whole Scooby Gang whole, and then the Sunnydale Hellmouth pukes you back out again - back in the 1800s.

This adventure begins with the train traveling from Fairweather (Hubris, pg 102) in the Great Plains of Unbidden Sorrow to Kelisk (Hubris, pg 120) in the Land of Perpetual Stone and Mire.
