Your band of criminals has been hired to "acquire" artifacts. The catch? The artifacts are on a haunted train speeding over the demon-filled ocean & if things go wrong, there's nowhere to run.
Description:
Set in an industrial-fantasy world (like Dishonored or Bloodborne), Blades in the Dark is a game of high risks for high rewards, looking before you leap, and pulling off daring heists against all odds. The characters are a gang of scoundrels, trying to make enough coin to claw their way up in a world of ghosts, demons, criminals, and corruption. In this adventure, the crew has been hired to obtain some arcane artifacts that are being transported to Doskvol under the care of the Spirit Wardens. The crew’s employer would prefer that the artifacts be diverted to her instead. The players will contend with ghosts, guards, fellow travelers, security systems, and their own vices and poor impulse control as they attempt to steal the artifacts and escape the train without getting caught… or worse.
A harsh winter wind at your back, you take shelter in a nearby cave & discover that it is much more than you could have imagined, but paradise is not always what it seems.
At dusk, a meadhall looms out of the mists & tombs of the Barrowlands. Suspicious, you seek shelter as preferable to a night spent amid the barrows & their horrid occupants.
You know the perils of the wanderer in the Fimblevintr. Amid a meager feast a terrible event thrusts pushes the Heroes into the wilderness on the trail of the thieves of the Rimecold Hart.
