The discovery of ancient ruins points to strange and inhuman civilizations and the development of dangerous innovations. Due to the Miasma, the USR collapsed; a global communist state became a nostalgic dream. All powerful nations exist in state of Cold War with the others, intrigue and brutal conflict are a deadly constant.
